We are delighted to announce that Paul Dryden, Head of Global Technology & Digital Delivery from Farrow & Ball has agreed to join the IFS UK&I User Group Committee. Paul attended our meeting on the 6th December and has already agreed to assist with actions from the minutes. We appreciate Paul’s enthusiasm and look forward to working with him.

Paul said, “I joined the committee to support and influence the role of retail and CRM within the IFS network, as well as to give something back for some good opportunities for my team over the years and to ensure the group continues to grow and add value to IFS customers.
