When Caistor Seafoods owner Nissui purchased Flatfish, they needed to replace the legacy systems with IFS Applications as soon as possible.  With Caistor running IFS Applications 7, the decision was taken to treat Flatfish as a new implementation and install IFS Applications 10, with a view to migrating Caistor over in a second phase.  The initial implementation to Flatfish took just 12 weeks, and phase 2 to migrate Caistor a similar amount of time.  Join our webinar to learn how Caistor Seafoods IFS Manager Andrew Wright worked with Vanilla to achieve these tight timescales.
