DETAILS:
Please book early to avoid disappointment (there are only 120 bedrooms in the Woodlands Event Centre which we prioritise for Members staying for the full event) and to help prevent us from paying unnecessary cancellation charges.
Early Bird Prices will end on the 27th June, all prices will increase by 20% after this date.

Booking:
This year you have the option to build your booking – you can book a one day conference pass, a dinner and one night of accommodation as three separate options. You can also book the Full Event packages, which are always the best value packages on offer.
Notes:
- Once we have processed your booking you will receive an invoice.
- Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received full payment.
- When we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
- All invoices must be paid before the event starts.
- This is a Members Only event, your company must have paid Membership fees before you can book the event.
Giving you choices:
We will share delegates’ details with the Sponsors of the event, (IFS & Partners) this will be on the condition that they do not share them with anyone else and they do not contact you more than once as a result of us sharing this information with them, (unless they have your prior permission). If you do not want your details to be shared, please let us know by carefully ticking the boxes on the bookings form.
There will be a photographer at the event, taking photos for us to use in future promotional material and on our website. Please let us know if you do not wish your image to be used, by carefully ticking the boxes on the bookings form.
By confirming a booking:
You are agreeing to accept the following cancellation charges:
50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 6 months of the start of the event.
80% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the start of the event.
90% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 1 week of the start of the event.
100% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the start of the event.

There are three buildings on the Wyboston Lakes Complex – all within a 10 minute walk of each other – our event is being held in The Woodlands Event Centre and we will have 120 Members staying in the Woodlands. (Please book early to avoid disappointment).
We will also have people staying in the Hotel and in The Willows Training Centre.
