Less than a week to go… We’re looking forward to seeing everyone for the first time in 3 years!
Dress code for the Gala Dinner this year is “Festival”!
We will email you this week, to let you know which of the buildings you are staying in on the Wyboston Lakes Complex.

There are three buildings on the Wyboston Lakes Complex – all within a 10 minute walk of each other – our event is being held in The Woodlands Event Centre and we have 120 people staying in the Woodlands We also have some people staying in the Hotel and in The Willows Training Centre – click here for the SITE MAP

Please note these important details:
We will share delegates’ details with the Sponsors of the event, (IFS & Partners) this will be on the condition that they do not share them with anyone else and they do not contact you more than once as a result of us sharing this information with them, unless they have your prior permission. If you do not want your details to be shared, please let us know.
Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received full payment.
Once we have processed your booking you will receive an invoice.
When we have received your payment, you will received a final confirmation email.
By confirming a booking:
You are agreeing to accept the following cancellation charges:
50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 6 months of the start of the event.
80% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the start of the event.
90% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 1 week of the start of the event.
100% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the start of the event.
You are also agreeing to accept that you may be impacted by the hotel’s COVID 19 Clause:
Both parties acknowledge the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the UK and accept their obligation to comply with any official guidance from UK Government. The parties agree to communicate without delay any issues they may have in performing their obligations under this agreement. You [organiser] acknowledge that COVID-19 may require us to take one or more of the following measures for the safety of our staff and the safety of delegates attending the event to which this booking relates:
(i) impose maximum delegate numbers at the event;
(ii) limit food or drink availability;
(iii) impose specific requirements regarding personal protective equipment such as the wearing of masks;
(iv) restrict the numbers of overnight stays if applicable; and/or
(v) limit any planned entertainment for your event;
(vi) designate alternative entrance and exit routes.
In some circumstances we might consider revising your booking fee;
(i) If we are obliged due to specific Government restrictions, to close our venue, we may offer you an alternative date
for the event but if that cannot be agreed the booking will be deemed cancelled and your deposit will be returned in
full with no further payment required.
(ii) If you are unable to provide the agreed delegate numbers because of infections or travel restrictions, then we may
offer you either a proportionate reduced fee for the event or agree to cancel the booking and return your deposit and
any additional sums already paid in accordance with mia guidelines. If delegate numbers decrease below 70% of
the contracted number (notified by the organiser in writing a minimum of 15 working days prior to event), we reserve the right to cancel the event.
