Gala Dinner:

On the evening of the 2nd November, we will be opening “The User Group Arms” for a pub quiz and pub themed night.

Dress code for the entire event this year, is smart casual, and dressing up is optional.  However, if you have ever fancied yourself as a pub landlord or pub landlady, there will be prizes for the best dressed publican award!  Recreate your favourite pub name in a costume.  Or maybe you could come as a skittles, darts or quiz team?!

 

Hotel Accommodation:

Please note, all the accommodation Packages are now FULL.  Members – if you would like a package including overnight accommodation, please email Amanda, so that you can be added onto a waiting list for cancellations or book the MEMBER14 package and book yourself some bedroom accommodation nearby.

MEMBER14 – includes the entire event, including dinners and entertainment, but without accommodation.

Member’s Day passes are still available.

There are three buildings on the Wyboston Lakes Complex – all within a 10 minute walk of each other – our event is being held in The Woodlands Event Centre and we have 120 people staying in the Woodlands  We also have some people staying in the Hotel and in The Willows Training Centre – click here for the SITE MAP

Please note these important details:

• Once we have processed your booking you will receive an invoice.
• Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received full payment.
• All invoices must be paid before the event.

We will share delegates’ details with the Sponsors of the event, (IFS & Partners) this will be on the condition that they do not share them with anyone else and they do not contact you more than once as a result of us sharing this information with them, (unless they have your prior permission).  If you do not want your details to be shared, please let us know.

There will be a photographer at the event, taking photos for us to use in future promotional material and on our website. Please let us know if you do not wish your image to be used.

By confirming a booking:

You are agreeing to accept the following cancellation charges:

50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 6 months of the start of the event.
80% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the start of the event.
90% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 1 week of the start of the event.
100% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the start of the event.
