We are delighted to announce that Mike Gosling has agreed to join the IFS UK&I User Group Committee from July this year.

Mike is the Service Management Platforms Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems Ltd, he has over 20 years’ experience of administrating Field Service Management Systems and ERPs. He has been an active user of the FSM and PSO systems for over 10 years and these systems are currently the core of Cubic’s European Field Service management. Prior to moving into IT Mike was an electronics test engineer specialising in microprocessor based systems before moving into Field Services in the technical support area.

We asked Mike to join us because we are working to increase the number of Members who work with FSM, PSO and CE and we hope his expertise will help us to achieve this. At the Annual Conference this year we have a presentation stream dedicated to users of these systems and currently have a special offer running for any FSM, PSO or CE customers who would like to try out the User Group.
